How it works · 01 Rank
How ranking works.
Every lead on your old list gets a likelihood to book, scored on four factors and built from your own rep notes and status definitions. Every score comes with its reason, in one sentence — no black box.
- Intent
- Opening
- Reachability
- Fit
WhyAsked for a re-roof quote last fall and said “after winter.” Winter's over.
01Four factors
What goes into a score.
Intent
How close did they get?
- The stage they reached — quote, estimate, site visit
- How recently they were in touch
- Whether they replied, and how
- How many times they've been chased
Opening
Is there a reason to come back now?
- Whether the objection can be reopened
- A condition they named — “after winter”, “when rates drop”
- Something that's changed since they went quiet
Reachability
Can we contact them properly?
- A valid mobile number or email
- Proof of consent for each channel
- Do Not Call status and timing
Fit
Can you still serve them?
- Inside your service area or licensed states
- Asking for work you still offer
- Any eligibility rule your business has — as a yes or no
02Every score explains itself
A number, and a sentence that says why.
Your rep shouldn't have to trust a score they can't read. Each one comes with the reason behind it, so the call starts in the right place.
Asked for a re-roof quote last fall and said “after winter.” Winter's over, the number's valid, and they're inside your service area.

03Transparent first
Not machine learning on day one — and we won't say it is.
Your first list is scored with a transparent probability model built from your own rep notes and status definitions. Once roughly 300 real outcomes are logged, it's refit to your results.
Day one
A model you can read
Weights set from how your reps describe each status, checked with you before anything goes out.
Every week
Outcomes logged
Each booking, reply and dead end your CRM records is kept against the score it had.
~300 outcomes
Refit to your results
The weights are fitted to what actually happened on your list, not someone else's.
04What's left out
We don't score on what a lead is worth.
Job values, policy sizes and account balances stay out of the score. Fit is a yes-or-no: can you still serve this person. That keeps sensitive figures out of the work and keeps the ranking about who's ready to book.
