Lead reactivation
Your old leads, ranked
Every aged lead scored on how likely they are to book, with the reason in one sentence. Your team starts at the top.
Service line 1 · Lead reactivation
People who asked for a quote, got followed up once or twice, then never again. We clean the list, rank it by how likely each lead is to book, and work it from the top — with a person on your side approving every message.
WhyAsked for a re-roof quote last fall and said “after winter.” Winter's over.
01How it works
We learn how your business runs, where the old leads sit and what's been tried. You get a plain answer on whether we can help.
We read your CRM, pin down what every status label actually means, remove anyone who should never be contacted, and fill in what's missing.
Each lead gets a likelihood to book from a transparent model built on your own rep notes and status definitions. Once roughly 300 real outcomes are logged, it's refit to your results.
We draft each message for that lead — SMS, email, DM, or a call brief for your rep. Nothing goes out until a person on your side approves, edits or skips it.
The best chances go first. Bookings land in your calendar, and your CRM records every conversion — so the results are yours to check, not ours to report.

Each message is drafted for that lead. Someone on your side approves, edits or skips it before anything goes out.

03Consent and contact
Reaching out to old leads is only worth doing if it's done properly. Before anything is drafted, we check consent and scrub against Do Not Call lists. Every draft waits for a person to approve it. Every send, reply and opt-out is logged — and an opt-out is final.
We follow TCPA consent rules, Do Not Call scrubbing, A2P 10DLC carrier registration for SMS, and CAN-SPAM for email. Your counsel confirms how they apply to your business — this isn't legal advice.

04How you pay
They depend on the size of your list and how you'd rather pay. We'll give you a straight number on the call.
Option 1
A share of the revenue from deals closed off your reactivated list. You pay when a lead you'd written off turns into a job.
Option 2
One fixed fee each month, for businesses that would rather not share revenue.
05Questions
No. Every message is drafted for that lead and waits for a person on your side to approve, edit or skip it. Anyone who has opted out or sits on a Do Not Call list is removed before a draft is ever written.
Not on day one, and we won't tell you it is. Your first list is scored with a transparent probability model built from your own rep notes and status definitions, and every score comes with a one-sentence reason. Once roughly 300 real outcomes are logged, the model is refit to your results.
Old enough that nobody's working them. Most lists we see run from a few months to a few years. Age is one input to the score, not a cut-off — a two-year-old lead with a clear reason to come back can outrank a quiet one from last month.
